The Pelion Peninsula in Central Greece is one of the most charming and beautiful parts of the country, and is filled with unique scenery and landscapes on all corners. One of the most famous and beautiful villages in Pelion is that of Portaria, which is located on Mount Pelion at an altitude of 650 meters, and is just 13km from the port city of Volos. Portaria is a very traditional village, and one of the most unique in Pelion, with its delightful scenery, traditional mansions, cobbled paths and spring waters. It has a true sense of tranquility about it, and is a village that is ideal for visiting all year round. Our delightful cafe bar is perfectly situated, offering you the unique setting of the traditional main square, with the spring water fountain, and the luscious greenery and nature making it one where you can enjoy the simple things in life. The "Dryalos Cafe Bar" is open throughout the year, and we have seating both inside and outdoors. In the warm summer months, you can take a seat outside, and enjoy the cool mountain breezes. In the cold winter, you can take a seat inside, and enjoy the very cosy and friendly atmosphere.
